A support programme to help early-stage, technology-based, start-up businesses and entrepreneurs.
Founder Labs is ideal for technology-based start-ups with ambitious and transformative ideas that can achieve the following by year three of trading:
- Revenue or funding of more than £1 million.
- 60 per cent of sales from outside Northern Ireland.
- External investment.
Founder Labs is Invest Northern Ireland’s new accelerator programme. It specifically focuses on technology-based IDEs, supporting the most ambitious and high-potential founders across Northern Ireland.
Each start-up on the programme benefits from six months of intensive one-to-one mentoring, workshops and events with industry experts and access to shared workspace. Participants will undertake international study visits to explore global opportunities and pitch to local and international investors.
Participants will also be eligible to apply for any of our programmes or initiatives which will help them secure investment and get the help they need to achieve rapid growth.
Support includes:
- Workshops, events and mentoring.
- Access to a global network of investors.
- Support from the tech start-up community.
- International study trips.
