Online workshop and mentoring support to help businesses navigate their finances during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Eligibility criteria:

To take part in this porgramme, your business must:

  • be based in the Derry City and Strabane Council area
  • employ less than 50 people
Additional information:

The 100 day Consolidation Programme will help participants to:

  • develop a very clear picture – ‘warts and all’ - of the extent to which they currently have working capital in their business
  • project with accuracy how the cash position of their business is like to fluctuate over the critical next 3 months and what implications this will have for the business in terms of its survival prospects
  • identify key steps that they can potentially take to free up cash over the next 100 days in order to ‘keep the wheels spinning’

By the end of this Programme, you will have your own set of cashflow projections for the next 100 days that will highlight your short term cash requirements over this period.

The 100 day Consolidation Programme will be delivered remotely and safely, using all modern technologies. This will allow you to participate fully, irrespective of whether you are working from home or from your normal workplace.

The deadline for submission of expressions of interest is Monday 20 April at 12:00.
