  • Appreciate your leadership networks. In difficult times, we will need to call upon the support of others to get through. We also need to help each other and collaborate when possible. What are your leadership networks and who can you call upon for help and support moving forward?
  • Consider options that are realistically open to your business ….and make firm decisions about the way forward.

The Business Resilience Programme will be delivered remotely and safely, using all modern technologies. This will allow you to participate fully, irrespective of whether you are working from home or from your normal workplace.
