Transform Your Business Programme
Support includes tailored business mentoring, business planning, brand development and PR, social media, product and sales development, financial planning and identifying new markets.
To be eligible to apply, your business must:
- be located in Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area
- employ less than 50 employees (including directors/owners)
- growth-oriented, with a focus on developing growth potential resulting in increased turnover and increased employee level
Transform Your Business is aimed at micro and SME’s interested in growing by strengthening their sustainability and increasing their capacity, capabilities and skills.
The programme aims to deliver a best practice model that will make a significant impact with participating enterprises in strengthening their sustainability and increasing their capacity and capability to continually grow.
A key element of this programme is the development of the micro-business/SME enterprise leadership skills, knowledge and application through structured masterclass networking opportunities and 1:1 mentoring. Participants will be able to avail of 21 hours of fully funded mentoring and practical workshops.
