Support for business growth and digital innovation in Mid and East Antrim
A new programme will help micro and small businesses in Mid and East Antrim use artificial intelligence (AI) to boost productivity, efficiency and growth.
The AI Advantage Programme is being delivered through the Go Succeed initiative and is funded by the UK Government. It will provide businesses with practical advice, skills and support to understand and use AI in their day-to-day operations.
The programme will look at the responsible use of AI and how it can support business digitalisation across a range of areas, including:
- content creation
- customer relationship management
- marketing
- website optimisation
- customer service
- document processing
- forecasting and planning
ProfileTree will deliver five specialist workshops, alongside tailored one-to-one mentoring for participating businesses.
