Belfast Harbour Community Awards 2026 round two opens for applications

Eligible community and charity organisations can apply for grants of up to £5,000

Applications are now open for the second round of the Belfast Harbour Community Awards 2026. The programme offers eligible grassroots and charitable organisations across Northern Ireland the opportunity to apply for individual grants of up to £5,000.

The Community Awards form part of Belfast Harbour’s commitment to advancing prosperity and supporting vibrant places and communities through investment in local organisations and projects.

Who can apply?

Applications are open to:

• grassroots community organisations
• community-based not-for-profit organisations
• charities with a registered charity number
• organisations affiliated with a recognised governing body

Community Awards funding categories

Funding is available across the following categories:

• supporting employability and skills
• supporting the environment
• supporting communities

Deadline for applications is Friday 25 September at 5pm.
