Brexit breakfast workshop in Newtownabbey

1 November 2018

Local businesses are invited to attend a free Brexit breakfast workshop co-hosted by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council and Mid and East Antrim Borough Council

The Brexit breakfast workshop will be delivered by InterTradeIreland and will take businesses through the issues, challenges and opportunities presented by Brexit.

The UK is due to exit from the EU on 29 March 2019. This will have a direct and profound impact on business. Whilst there is still much uncertainty, there is still plenty that businesses can be doing to identify their areas of rick and opportunity post-Brexit. Brexit planning can begin with basic questions around the freedom of movement of goods, services, people and how that impacts your business.

InterTradeIreland will also give details on their Brexit Start to Plan Vouchers worth £2,000 to access one-to-one professional advice which is tailored specifically to your business or attend a training course to help your business deal with changes Brexit may bring.

Businesses located in either council area can attend.
