Workforce testing for coronavirus

Coronavirus testing for businesses with less than ten employees

Guide

If your business has less than ten employees, so does not meet the criteria for testing staff through the Workforce Asymptomatic Testing Programme, there are other options to allow for routine testing.

In Northern Ireland, small businesses and people working from home can access testing using one of the following options:

Shared Workforce Testing Scheme

Although the Workforce Asymptomatic Testing Programme is only open to organisations with more than ten employees, volunteers or contractors, smaller organisations may partner with others organisations in their local area to establish a shared workforce testing scheme.

This approach allows a lead partner to provide tests to their employees, volunteers or contractors, in addition to those from other organisations that they work with closely.

Organisations wishing to establish a shared workforce testing scheme should complete an online expression of interest.
