Dragons' Den opportunity for social enterprises

A £4,000 funding opportunity is open for social enterprises with new or early-stage business ideas

Social Enterprise NI (SE NI), supported by Tenancy Deposit Scheme NI, is inviting social enterprises to apply for a Dragons' Den-style funding opportunity.

The initiative offers a £4,000 tax-free award to help organisations develop new ideas, support growth and increase their social impact.

Applicants will have the opportunity to pitch their idea to a panel for the chance to secure funding.

Eligibility criteria

The funding opportunity is open to social enterprises at any stage of development.

As part of the application process, organisations will need to demonstrate:

• how the funding will support organisational growth
• the social impact expected from the project or idea
• commitment to the organisation's mission and objectives
