A grant scheme for community and voluntary groups to deliver projects to end violence against women and girls in Belfast

Belfast City Council is supporting the NI Executive to roll out the Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG) Strategy.

The EVAWG Local Change Fund supports the community and voluntary sector in Belfast to deliver events, projects, or activity programmes aimed at ending violence against women and girls.

Projects which specifically work with men and boys to raise awareness and understanding of the EVAWG strategy, promote positive masculinity, and support men to become allies in EVAWG are particularly welcome.

There are three tiers of funding available:

  • Tier 1 - £1,000 to £10,000
  • Tier 2 - £10,500 to £15,000
  • Tier 3 - £15,001 to £25,000
