Event and funding for digital health technologies
Projects working on digital technology for healthcare can apply for a new round of funding
As part of the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund, Innovate UK has launched its third round of the Digital health technology catalyst competition.
Businesses have the opportunity to apply for a share of up to £1 million for feasibility studies and up to £8 million for industrial research and development (R&D).
Both competitions aim to support projects that can potentially develop new digital technology solutions to healthcare challenges.
Solutions can be for either clinical or non-clinical use, but have to be innovative and clearly demonstrate how they will have the potential to improve the health and care system. Projects for the industrial R&D competition must also be collaborative, ideally with a healthcare provider if beneficial to the project.
