Event offers employers opportunity to recruit former service personnel

Employers can exhibit at Connect Through Service (CTS) Live, giving them access to talent leaving the military and emergency service sectors.

CTS is a leading organisation dedicated to integrating the exceptional talent of service leavers from the military and blue light sectors into the commercial world. They connect ambitious businesses with a unique pool of proven leaders, strategic thinkers and innovators.

CTS is hosting CTS Live, an event that will connect employers with service leavers, including fire service, military veterans, police, prison service, ambulance service, and search & rescue organisations.

Employer opportunity to connect with a new talent pool

Employers are encouraged to exhibit at CTS Live. The event allows employers to connect with highly motivated service leavers seeking careers across a wide range of sectors. Veterans bring a wealth of transferable skills, including leadership, teamwork, resilience, problem-solving and adaptability. In addition, veterans will have access to training and career development funding, while employers can benefit from National Insurance Contributions relief for eligible hires.

Participation is not limited to employers with current vacancies. Organisations with future recruitment plans, skills shortages or an interest in building their talent pipeline are also encouraged to attend and engage with prospective candidates.
