The two new programmes will focus on rebooting your business and financial management
Newry, Mourne and Down District Council has launched two free online business support programmes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Both programmes will start in early July 2020 and run until Mid-September 2020.
Business Reboot Programme
The Business Reboot Programme will challenge owners/managers to embrace innovative ideas and adapt their business model to reflect the new realities of life.
You will receive one-to-one mentoring and access to two group workshops:
- Preparing to embrace change in your business
- Driving change to achieve the best results for your business
Financial Management for Non-Accountants Programme
The Financial Management for Non-Accountants Programme will provide business owners with the skills needed to better understand their financial performance.
The programme will involve bespoke mentoring and three compulsory workshops:
- Understanding your business’s costs and how to manage these
- Managing cash in a turbulent world
- Accessing finance from external sources
The closing date to apply for both programmes is 13:00 on Friday 26 June 2020.
Eligible businesses must be based in the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area and employ less than 50 people.
