Join the Semiconductor Global Innovation Network
Strengthening UK-international collaboration in the semiconductor sector
Businesses working in the semiconductor sector can now join a new international network to find partners, explore overseas opportunities and prepare for future funding calls.
The Semiconductor Global Innovation Network (GIN) is run by Innovate UK, in partnership with Semiconductor Catapult, the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, and the UK Semiconductor Centre.
It connects businesses with companies, universities, research organisations, industry bodies and government partners in the UK and overseas.
By joining, businesses can access:
- expert webinars
- country insights
- market intelligence
- ecosystem updates
- information on relevant programmes, events and collaboration opportunities
International businesses can use the network to connect with selected UK semiconductor companies and identify opportunities for business-to-business collaboration.

Understanding the UK Semiconductor Ecosystem webinar series
As part of the network launch, Innovate UK is hosting a three-part introductory webinar series, where you will learn more about the ecosystem and the opportunities available to semiconductor professionals and businesses.
The webinars will take place from 9am to 11am on:
