The Northern Ireland Small Business Conference 2019 taking place in Newry focuses on delivering growth
The NI Small Business Conference 2019 is organised by Newry Chamber of Commerce & Trade, in partnership with Newry, Mourne and Down District Council, the Federation of Small Businesses NI and Newry BID. This year’s NI Small Business Conference will focus on the theme of delivering growth for small businesses.
Workshops will cover numerous topics including:
- Growing sales - delivering growth for small businesses
- Funding and support for small businesses
- Managing the HR and legal challenges for small businesses
- Closing the deal - how to win more business
- Leadership and growth strategies for your business
- Doing business outside Northern Ireland
- Developing digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
International Business Strategist and Leadership Coach, Simon Haigh, will also be speaking at the event. As well as being an internationally recognised author and media commentator his clients include the WJ Clinton Leadership Institute at Queens University, Trinity-Dublin Aviation Skillnet and Smurfit Kappa. Simon’s keynote address will focus on ‘Closing the Deal - A Way to Win Business’ which is a vital skill for any business large or small.
