When seeking to join a stock market, your business will be subject to legal and financial due diligence to help attract investor interest and to fulfil the entry requirements and documentation of the relevant market.

Public companies have different obligations to private companies under the Companies Act 2006. For example, private companies are no longer required to hold an annual general meeting (AGM) though they may opt to do so or be required to hold one if sufficient shareholders demand one. - information on the company's key contracts
- the memorandum and articles of association
