Programme for first-time managers on the essential leadership skills required to succeed in business

The William J Clinton Leadership Institute's Aspiring Leaders Programme has been specifically designed for high potential individuals who are in their first time managerial position. In particular, this course is suited to front line project or team leaders.

Why do this programme?

The move from being an individual contributor to being responsible for others is a difficult transition. This interactive programme is designed to equip you with the tools and skills you need to be an impactful and effective leader capable of leading and developing a high performing team.

Dates for upcoming three-day programme:

Module one – Tuesday 25 February 2020
Understanding self - learn who you are as a leader and learn techniques to build self-confidence allowing you to be more impactful in your role.

Module two – Tuesday 24 March 2020
Working with others - develop the right skills to motivate and influence people around you.

Module three – Tuesday 28 April 2020
Getting things done - learn how to become more productive in your work-life.
