Opportunity for the construction industry to focus on keeping themselves and their colleagues safe and healthy.

Safety Reboot is the Construction Employers Federation’s (CEF) annual health and safety initiative. This industry-wide initiative encourages everyone in the construction industry to dedicate approximately fifteen minutes once a week throughout January to refocus on key health and safety priorities.

Centrally provided Safety Reboot resources have proven to be highly effective, offering a timely refresher on critical risks to re-engage staff immediately after the Christmas break and prepare them for the year ahead.

The suggested stoppages focus around weekly themes to ensure maximum impact during January:

  • Week 1 - Site Re-induction
  • Week 2 - Working at Height
  • Week 3 - Mental Health and Wellbeing
  • Week 4 - Your Company: You Choose

Easy access to the resources around Safety Reboot's 11 core topics is available through the CEF website, and supported by QR codes to enable instant access on site.
