Social Enterprise Support Programme open call

DfE is inviting proposals to deliver activity that supports the growth and development of social enterprises

The Department for the Economy (DfE) has opened a call for proposals under the Social Enterprise Support Programme. The programme supports the delivery of priorities set out in the Social Enterprise Action Plan and aims to strengthen the social enterprise sector across Northern Ireland.

Who can apply?

Applications can be submitted by:

• individual organisations with experience in supporting social enterprises
• consortium partnerships led by a nominated lead applicant

Priority areas for proposals

DfE is seeking proposals that demonstrate clear benefits for the social enterprise sector.

Successful proposals should aim to:

• demonstrate innovation and new approaches
• encourage collaboration and partnership working
• deliver value for money
• support regional balance
• encourage economic growth
• address identified needs within the social enterprise sector
