FuSIon Fest brings together people and businesses to explore solutions to some of the social challenges faced in Northern Ireland communities

FuSIon Fest is the social innovation festival taking place in Northern Ireland over two days in Derry~Londonderry on 19 October and Belfast on 20 October.

Why attend FuSIon Fest?
By taking part in FuSIon Fest, you will help to promote stronger communities, healthier citizens, an improved quality of life, economic opportunity and healthy recreation by combating silo and traditional thinking. It will provide an opportunity for individuals and organisations to learn about social innovation and to have meaningful discussions about innovative solutions to the social problems we face in our society. The festival will not only promote the concept of Social Innovation but also aims to inspire ideas and cultivate collaborations.

Who will be participating in FuSIon Fest?
The festival will be hosted by business journalist and broadcaster, Naomi McMullan, and the key note speakers Sir Tim Smit, founder of the award-winning Eden project, Deirdre Mortell, Chief Executive Officer, Social Innovation Fund, Ireland, Alan Mahon, founder of ‘Brewgooder’ and Tech entrepreneur and angel investor Mary McKenna.
