Belfast City Council support programme for Belfast-based micro, small businesses and social enterprises

Small businesses in Belfast can get ready to take steps towards growth with Belfast City Council's Think.Do.Be. initiative.

Participants will benefit from:

  • one-to-one and group mentoring
  • opportunities to attend seminars with experienced business consultants

The advice and guidance will cover areas such as:

  • financial management
  • PR and marketing
  • exporting
  • logistics
  • innovation

Think.Do.Be workshop - Getting to grips with the finances of your business

This workshop will introduce you to the key areas of finance such as:

  • understanding profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements
  • how to set a price for your products/services
  • the best systems for recording and reporting your financial data
  • the critical numbers to keep your eyes on
