Town Centre Shop Front Revitalisation Grant Scheme for Mid and East Antrim

The scheme applies to businesses located in the town centres of Ballymena, Carrickfergus, Larne and Greenisland

The Town Centre Shop Front Revitalisation Scheme 2026/27 is for eligible businesses in the town centres of Ballymena, Larne, Carrickfergus and Greenisland.

Grants range from £500 to £7,500 to help support the improvement of the overall appearance of commercial properties that front onto the streetscape in each of these town centres. The grant can cover 80% of the cost of eligible items or works.

You could be eligible to apply if your business fronts onto the streetscape in each of these town centres.
