Explore business opportunities in Poland and Czech Republic

From 14 - 18 October 2019 Invest NI will be hosting a Trade Mission visit to Poland and the Czech Republic. You are invited to join this mission and to take advantage of the business opportunities within the region.

The five day mission will visit Warsaw and Prague however you will have the option to travel outside these cities.

This mission will be multi-sectoral and open to companies wishing to develop their exports to this region. The mission is open to Invest NI client companies wishing to develop their exports into a new market or to grow their existing business relationships and support customers.

Czech Republic
With a central location and shared borders with Germany and Poland, Czech Republic is an excellent gateway to Central and Eastern European markets. Czech Republic, the most westernised of all the Central and Eastern European countries, is a regional leader by combination of buying power, economic performance, size of population, infrastructure, stability, prosperity and openness to trade. Poland
With a population of over 38 million people, Poland is the largest consumer market by value in Central and Eastern Europe. Poland is a regional leader in nominal Gross Domestic Product (GDP), second in R&D expenditure in Central and Eastern Europe, and is a strategic location for manufacturing and logistics companies. The key opportunities and industry sectors for Northern Ireland companies in Poland are Advanced Manufacturing, Agricultural Machinery & Food Processing, Chemicals, Defence & Military, Energy & Environment Projects, Information Technologies and Infrastructure & Intelligent Transport.
