About the UKDSC
The UKDSC is the core of the Defence Growth Partnership enterprise, a collaboration between the UK's leading defence companies and UK government, including the UK Ministry of Defence, Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy and the Department of International Trade.
The UKDSC operates in the pre-competition environment, and engages with the broader SME community to identify potential collaborative opportunities to develop innovative UK defence capability with export potential, through the development of novel competition frameworks, cross-sector application, co-investment models and deconfliction across the broader innovation ecosystem.
It actively engages with SMEs that operate in both the UK Defence and adjacent Civil sectors, and is particularly keen to engage with SMEs that have new and innovative technologies or products which have the potential to enhance future UK defence capabilities and subsequently support the development of solutions to meet the needs of national and international Defence customers.
