From multi-national companies to the shop-owner on the corner, DfC operates a tailored recruitment service across Northern Ireland that offers recruitment advice and support to employers.

A team of highly experienced staff can discuss and tailor a level of service to meet your needs from start to finish.

For large and public sector employers, the Employer Services Branch offers a dedicated client executive account manager to understand your business, and draw together public sector partners and provision into a bespoke support agreement for your organisation. For small, medium or micro-sized employers DfC's employer advisers in the local Jobs & Benefits offices will provide you with the support necessary to meet your recruitment needs.

This service is free to employers, and may include advice and guidance, advertisement and promotion of vacancies, CV sifting and interview facilities, access to a range of employment and disability support provision, bespoke events, and inclusion within employability and skills initiatives.

Additional information:

The assistance we provide includes:

  • A dedicated account manager who will act as lead for your organisation in advising and brokering the range of services available to you and your staff.
  • Consultation to understand your business model and recruitment needs, agreeing an end to end service (for example, promotion of vacancies, interview support including provision of facilities, application sifting and allocation of interview slots and notification to applicants)
  • Information, signposting and warm handovers to other Government programmes and services available to your organisation and staff.
  • Bespoke event planning and management (for example, job fairs, recruitment campaigns, information sessions).
  • Building organisation awareness – including site visits/familiarisation visits for staff and customers to raise awareness of your company and roles and responsibilities of current vacancies.
  • Job vacancy advertising and management – employers can register through JobApplyNI with vacancies advertised throughout Northern Ireland and globally via JobApplyNI.
