Each participant is matched with a Skills Coach/Business Mentor and will benefit from up to 15 hours of one-to-one bespoke support to help realise their personal goals.

This programme is one of a suite of interventions contained within Mid and East Antrim Labour Market Partnership’s (MEALMP) annual action plan.
