Summary:
Bespoke support to employers to recruit economically inactive participants into paid employment.
Eligibility criteria:
Your business must be based in one of the following council areas:
- Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council
- Belfast City Council
- Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council
- Mid and East Antrim Borough Council
- Mid Ulster District Council
Additional information:
A dedicated team of Employment Officers provides free advice and support to employers. The Supported Employment Service has dual involvement - supporting local businesses with recruitment needs and providing ‘in-work’ support, as well as offering guidance on diversity and inclusion best practices and reasonable adjustments.
A range of Employment academies can also be delivered in partnership with employers. Our ‘Tri-Employment Academies’ offer employers a bespoke recruitment process, including industry-specific training, such as World Host Customer Service.
