Workshop series for new and existing business owners
The Bricks or Sticks workshop series is aimed at new and existing business owners and will be facilitated by Brian Moran, entrepreneur and Founder of the Small Business Edge podcast.
The series is designed to help business owners build solid foundations for their companies and is being supported by Invest Northern Ireland, the Innovation Factory and the Belfast International Homecoming.
The aim of the series is to help 25 business owners achieve their goals. The workshop is broken into themes that are the foundations of every business, regardless of the size of your company.
The themes include:
- How to navigate forks and obstacles in the road
- Changing your mindset to gain better control of your time
- How to build your internal and external brand
The series will feature online weekly classes hosted by Brian Moran for each week in September. It will culminate in an in-person coaching event at the Innovation Factory Belfast on 29 September.
