Derry City and Strabane consultation: Draft Improvement Objectives 2023/24

Have your say on Derry City and Strabane District Council’s proposed improvement objectives for 2023/24

Derry City and Strabane District Council has launched a consultation on its Draft Improvement Objectives 2023/24 and is encouraging local businesses and individuals to share their views by completing a short survey.

The proposed objectives are:

1. To mitigate the impacts of cost of living and other price increases on the ratepayers of the district by reducing Council net costs for the 2023/24 financial year by £3.5 million.
2. To assist a return to healthy lifestyles through re-growing participation in high quality leisure, sports and physical activity.
3. To create a greener, cleaner more attractive district.
4. To deliver improved customer satisfaction by improving customer support services and processes.
