Digital Innovation Fund Call 3: Rapid Demonstrators

Call 3 is now open for applications

The Made Smarter Innovation - Smart Manufacturing Data Hub (SMDH) has launched a third round of funding to support small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses on their digital journey.

This element of the Digital Innovation Fund aims to help businesses develop rapid demonstrators that will:

• advance their transition to smart manufacturing solutions
• de-risk major investment
• enable growth

Grant funding of up to £50,000 per project is available to help with sensor installation, data analysis, and more.

Any SME operating in the manufacturing sector can apply as long as they can demonstrate demand for a new data driven solution. Companies can apply individually or as part of a consortium. All funded organisations must reside within the UK.

In all cases, the project must demonstrate how it addresses manufacturing SME market needs with resulting data to be shared on the SMDH Manufacturing Data Exchange Platform.
