Investment Readiness Programme for screen companies

Creative UK has developed the Creative Enterprise Investment Readiness Programme to help screen companies understand and navigate various forms of investment

The programme aims to demystify investment language and landscape, giving you a better understanding of the process involved, the different types of investment, and how to devise a robust investment strategy for your business.

By taking part in the programme, you will get a chance to take part in a series of virtual and in-person workshops covering topics like financial forecasting, legal processes, due diligence and more.

You will also receive one-on-one mentoring and bespoke support tailored to the needs of your business, that will help you shape your investment strategy, deck, and pitch.

You will gain access to investors and pitch events, and a chance to connect with Creative UK Investment Team and the UK Business Angels Association.

At the end of the programme, you will:

• understand debt and equity investments
• feel confident pitching to investors
• clearly articulate what you’re asking for from investors, and why
• gain clarity on your business and its trajectory

The fee for participation in the programme is £300 + VAT per company.

Creative Enterprise is BFI Lottery funded. Overall, the support including group learning sessions, coaching and personalised mentoring you receive during the programme is valued at over £5,000 per person.
