Rural Shopfront (Minor Works) Scheme
The Rural Shopfront (Minor Works) Scheme offers funding for minor repairs or cosmetic upgrades to shopfronts. Open to freehold owners, lease-holders, and tenants, it covers businesses like retail shops, salons, and cafes. It provides up to 80% funding (up to £12,500) for minor improvements to shopfronts. Vision to Venture Programme
This programme provides a £500 bursary, workshops and one-to-one mentoring for Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council residents who would like to set up their own business, or have recently set up a business and are not working at capacity.
