The South Eastern Regional College (SERC) Upskilling for Growth initiative, fully funded by NMD Business (Newry, Mourne and Down District Council) Labour Market Partnership, is offering local employers an opportunity to invest in their staff by providing them with upskilling opportunities.

CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management
Start date: Tuesday 23 January 2024

This programme will build on existing skills and knowledge candidates have as a manager and leader and will provide a more in depth understanding of the skills and behaviours required for strategic development and leadership.

Level 2 Award in International Trade, Customs and Logistics
Start date: Tuesday 6 February 2024

This programme explores and explains processes and procedures involved with importing and exporting goods and is ideal for those wishing to move into logistics.
