DASA provides several ways for businesses to access funding and support:

• Open Call for Innovation - year-round funding for disruptive ideas at any stage, even without a set government requirement.
• Themed competitions - short-term, focused calls tackling specific defence and security challenges with defined needs.
• Defence Innovation Loans - low-interest finance for SMEs with mature innovations, helping turn prototypes into market-ready products.

Calls for funding run in cycles, or as one-off competitions, so check deadlines carefully on the GOV.UK website before applying.
