This programme is open to employers in the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area.

The Employer-led Disability Programme provides local employers with the opportunity to increase their knowledge and understanding of the barriers that those with a disability and/or long term health condition may experience as they seek to move into employment.
The programme aims to help employers to be more confident in recruiting someone with a disability/long term health condition and fill current vacancies.
