Entrepreneurship Business Support Programme
One-to-one mentoring and group workshops for sole traders and early-stage entrepreneurs who are focused on strengthening, scaling and sustainably growing their business.
Who it is for
This programme has been designed specifically for entrepreneurs who do not plan to recruit within the next 12 months but want to improve marketing and sales capability while addressing wider challenges in areas such as resourcing, operations and finance.

The Entrepreneurship Business Support Programme (EBSP), delivered by Core Growth, offers practical support to help entrepreneurs develop new opportunities and enhance the core skills needed to run and grow a successful business.
Participants will benefit from expert-led learning, structured support and a focus on real implementation through one-to-one mentoring and group workshops, leading to the development of a tailored and action-driven Growth Plan.
Mentoring will be delivered from December 2025 to March 2026.
The programme also provides a number of in-person workshops - provisional dates are:
- Workshop 1: Programme Launch & The Entrepreneurial Leader - Tuesday 20 January 2026, 9:30am to 12:30pm
- Workshop 2: Business Growth Essentials - Wednesday 18 February 2026, 9:30am to 12:30pm
- Workshop 3: The Implementation Lab - Wednesday 4 March 2026, 9:30am to 12:30pm
