Financial Assistance - Minority Communities

Financial assistance of between £500 and £1,000 for minority communities projects.

Applications close at midday on Monday 12 January 2026.

Who it is for

Applications are welcomed from the community and voluntary sector.

Applications to this theme must meet one of the two aims of this scheme:

To support Protestant, Unionist and Loyalist (PUL) focused community projects/initiatives.
To support Black, Minority Ethnic (BME) focused community projects/initiatives.

Support you can get

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council is inviting applications for financial assistance from the community and voluntary sector for minority community projects.

Grants are between £500 minimum and £1,000 maximum.

Indicative budget for the theme is £12,500. Please note this is subject to change and approval.
