Financial assistance of between £500 and £1,500 for suicide prevention and mental health projects.

Applications are welcomed from the community and voluntary sector.

Objectives:

  • Enhance community capacity to promote good mental health.
  • Increase provision of local support to improve social wellbeing.
  • Enhance community capacity to signpost people experiencing mental ill health to appropriate support.

Support you can get

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council is inviting applications for financial assistance from the community and voluntary sector for suicide prevention and emotional wellbeing projects. 

Grants are between £500 minimum and £1,500 maximum

Indicative budget for the theme is £10,000. Please note this is subject to change and approval.
