Any employer based in Northern Ireland who wants to develop their understanding of menopause in the workplace and offer practical support to their staff.

The Menopause & Me Digital Toolkit is designed in partnership with the Belfast Trust. The toolkit includes short videos and interactive documents to raise awareness of menopause in the workplace for managers and their employees.

The tools provided are:

  • Managing Symptoms of the Menopause - A Guide for Women
  • The Menopause - Hormone Replacement Treatment (HRT) and Alternative Therapies
  • The Menopause - Signposts to Additional Support
