Who it is for
Opening Doors is open to Northern Ireland businesses of any size and from any sector. There is no cost to participate.
Support you can get
Business in the Community's (BITC) Opening Doors initiative aims to help Northern Ireland employers change business behaviours and provide a programme of support for businesses committed to inclusive employment.
Businesses will be provided with a programme of support, developed in consultation with a broad range of charities that support the disadvantaged groups targeted. Employers will be able to access:
- BITC-led webinars
- BITC's Get Connected events
- Toolkits
- Best practice case studies
