Who it is for

Participating companies must:

• be forward-thinking and understand the need to create new pathways to employment for young people
• be innovation-driven enterprises seeking to build their workforce via non-traditional means
• embrace, on-the-job learning, apprenticeships, and internships with the potential for full-time employment 
• be empathetic to the needs of young people

Support you can get

STRYVE is an innovative project for young people aged 16-25 years seeking to gain skills, qualifications and experience that will provide them with a pathway towards employment.  

Through the programme, young people have the opportunity to participate in a paid work placement.

Businesses are required to provide a 12-week, 2 days per week, paid work placement. Catalyst covers all costs associated with this.
