BridgeAI: Residential Innovation Labs
Innovate UK is inviting businesses to apply for an opportunity to join BridgeAI Innovation Labs
The four-day residential lab experience will support participants in co-creating game-changing artificial intelligence (AI) powered solutions tailored specifically to select sectors, including:
- agri-food
- construction
- creative industries
- transport
By taking part in the Innovation Lab, you'll get a chance to:
- form collaborative teams with a diverse range of thinking, expertise, and backgrounds
- engage in a design-led process with agile methods to co-create cutting-edge AI products and services
- develop robust collaborative project proposals from innovative ideas
Participating cohorts will also have the chance to compete for grant funding to bring their projects to life.
Who can apply
For this opportunity, Innovate UK seeks a diverse range of expertise, spanning target sectors, AI developers, digital infrastructure and data owners, and other essential disciplines.
Applications are open to all UK SMEs, large organisations, academic institutions, charities, and research and technology organisations with a passion for developing and deploying AI solutions to boost business productivity in target sectors.
Three out of the four labs are still open for expressions of interest:
- agri-food (taking place 12 to 15 September, Reading) - closing 1 September
- construction (taking place 19 to 22 September, Coventry) - closing 7 September
- transport (taking place 26 to 29 September, Warwick) - closing 12 September
Funded by Innovate UK, this programme will cover participation, accommodation, and meals.
