Events to help boost productivity and growth

Invest Northern Ireland (Invest NI) is hosting a new series of Business Breakfasts in early 2026 to help businesses improve productivity, strengthen supply chains and adopt digital tools. Business Breakfasts are short, informal morning sessions designed to help businesses of all sizes access expert guidance, explore opportunities and connect with other local business owners.

What the sessions cover

The upcoming series focuses on powering productivity, and helping export-focused businesses to:

  • streamline operations
  • improve supply chain performance
  • make better use of digital technologies
  • understand the support available through Invest NI's Digitalisation, Operational Excellence and Supply Chain programmes

Business Breakfasts are open to all Northern Ireland businesses. Participants will get a chance to speak one-to-one with Invest NI advisors after each session.

Join Invest NI's Business Breakfasts in:

  • Omagh - 14 January 2026
  • Newry - 20 January 2026
  • Belfast - 21 January 2026
  • Londonderry - 28 January 2026
  • Ballymena - 4 February 2026

All events start at 9:30am and last around an hour. Participants should arrive between 9am and 9:15am for registration and breakfast.
