Executive Education at Queen’s Business School empowers professionals and organisations to enhance leadership capability, accelerate performance, and drive meaningful business impact. 

Delivered through the Leadership Institute, the portfolio combines executive programmes, customised organisational learning, short courses, and postgraduate microcredentials that blend cutting-edge academic research with real-world industry insight.

The following programmes are on offer, with some application deadlines approaching. Several courses are funded if eligible.

Help to Grow: Management Course

This course supports senior managers of small and medium-sized businesses to boost their business’s performance, resilience, and long-term growth.

The 12-week programme is 90% government-funded and designed to be taken alongside full-time work through a combination of online sessions and face-to-face learning.

Beyond GenAI

This is a four-day in-person learning programme tailored for mid to senior-level professionals aiming to leverage Generative AI strategically without requiring technical expertise.

The Beyond GenAI programme features as part of the Advance SME programme, designed to support the skills needs of Northern Ireland’s Advanced Manufacturing sector, helping individuals and businesses build capability in leadership and management.
