Go Succeed Entrepreneurship Network Roadshows

At these events, you will be able to connect with services and opportunities to explore self-employment and entrepreneurship

Ards and North Down Borough Council is encouraging potential entrepreneurs, who have thought about working for themselves or starting a new business, to attend a free roadshow event. 

At the roadshows you will: 

• meet friendly advisors who understand the challenges people face and can guide you at your own pace
• learn about free support, training and funding that could help turn your skills or interests into an income
• explore opportunities for self-employment and entrepreneurship in a relaxed, welcoming environment

You don’t need a business plan, experience or even a clear idea to attend. 

Roadshow details 

There are four roadshows taking place at different locations: 

• Ards Business Hub, Newtownards - Friday 5 September 2025
• North Down Development Organisation, Bangor - Thursday 18 September 2025
• Portaferry Market House - Thursday 2 October 2025
• Carrowdore Community Centre - Thursday 16 October 2025 

Lunch will be provided, and you can drop in anytime between 11am and 1pm.
