Hospitality and Tourism Skills (HATS) Network has developed a survey to investigate skills gaps and workforce issues across the hospitality, tourism, travel, retail and aviation sectors.
Preliminary findings from the survey show that only 29% of employers believe that training and development meets their employees’ skills needs.
Why should you participate?
By participating in the research, you can help drive informed decisions, as survey insights will directly inform employers across the sector to help them address their workforce needs.
Your participation in the survey will also contribute to building an evidence base that will influence the sector's skills action plan.
The survey will take an average of 15 minutes, depending on your role and organisational responsibilities.
