RDS Circular Economy Awards

The RDS Circular Economy Awards are now accepting entries from businesses and social enterprises across the entire island of Ireland.

The RDS Circular Economy Awards, now in their third year, are open for entries. Run in partnership with Trinity Executive Education, the Awards celebrate businesses and social enterprises across the island of Ireland that design products and services to last, be reused, remanufactured, or recycled, helping build a more sustainable, circular economy.

As part of the wider RDS Circular Economy Programme, an annual alumni event, run with Trinity College Dublin, offers ongoing learning, networking, and peer support. It helps past participants stay connected and continue applying circular economy strategies in their work.

The Awards are open to businesses and social enterprises across the entire island of Ireland using renewable materials and circular design, keeping products and resources in use for as long as possible.

Award categories

The award categories are:

• Emerging Award Category
• SME Award Category
• Social Enterprise Award Category

Prizes

The winner will receive €2,000, a scholarship to a short course delivered by Trinity Executive Education, and an RDS Circular Economy Awards Trophy.

The runner-up will receive €1,000 and an RDS Certificate of Merit.

Entries close on Saturday 6 December 2025.
