Self-care workshops for individual artists
Support your wellbeing and creativity
Individual artists can now register for a series of free self-care workshops taking place in Belfast this November as part of the Arts and Mental Health Partnership Programme, funded by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, National Lottery, and the Baring Foundation.
The workshops have been designed specifically for people working in the creative sector and focus on supporting mental health, resilience, and wellbeing. They respond to feedback from artists calling for more support to manage the personal and professional pressures of creative work.
Sessions are led by expert practitioners and cover practical tools, techniques, and reflective exercises to help artists manage stress, strengthen financial and emotional resilience, and nurture long-term creativity.
