Leading within a Group Programme

Who it is for

This support is available to Invest Northern Ireland clients, who are manufacturing and/or tradeable services businesses with the potential to both:

• achieve at least 25% of sales external to Northern Ireland (or at least £250,000 external sales, whichever is lower)
• employ at least ten staff, within five years

If you can demonstrate that your business meets these criteria, you may be eligible to apply to become an Invest NI client.

Invest NI clients must also meet the following criteria to apply for the programme:

• Must be located within Northern Ireland and be part of a group with a parent company based elsewhere.
• Must be the site lead or senior executive and can demonstrate their ambition to grow and develop themselves and the Northern Ireland site.
• Can demonstrate commitment and availability to work with the executive coaches, attend residentials, and participate in peer networks.

Expert facilitators, with deep experience in international business best practices, will inspire and motivate you to adopt new ways of thinking and leading.

Through personalised one-on-one coaching, skilled executive coaches will guide you in creating and executing a tailored growth action plan for your Northern Ireland site.

This programme is designed to enhance your leadership skills within a wider group context and help you build valuable networks with fellow leaders.
