An opportunity for employers and employees to boost their business skills and gain a Chartered Management (CMI) qualification

The Employee Upskilling Programme provides local employers, employees and residents across Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council with the opportunity to boost their business skills and gain a Chartered Management (CMI) qualification.

Lisburn and Castlereagh Labour Market Partnership is providing these free online courses and they will be delivered by South Eastern Regional College.

Available courses are:

CMI Level 5 Award in Project Management - Start Date: 15 September 2026
CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management Practice - Start date 16 September 2026
OCN NI Level 2 Award in Social Media - Start date 23 September 2026
OCN NI Level 4 Award in Social Media and Digital Marketing - Start Date 24 September 2026
CMI Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership - Start Date 24 September 2026
CMI Level 3 Award in Project Management - Start Date 28 September 2026
CMI Level 3 Award in Managing AI Adoption - Start Date 29 September 2026
Level 2 Award in Understanding Artificial Intelligence in Business - Start Date 8 October 2026
Level 2 Award in Cyber Security - Start date 6 October 2026
